Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.
1. General
All items available for purchase are listed on www.novecarati.com with an add to cart button on the side. By clicking on that button items are added to your personal PayPal shopping cart, from which the payment can be processed when you have finished your selection. The minimum amount for each order is 100 Euro. Smaller orders will not be shipped and immediately refunded.
2. Shopping Cart and Payment
From your personal PayPal shopping cart you can remove items or adjust the quantities before continuing to checkout.
Payment can be made either using your PayPal balance or your credit card. There is no registration needed if you are paying with your credit card.
The PayPal shopping cart is independent from us. Our system sends the details of your selection to the PayPal system which handles the shopping cart and collects the payment on our behalf. The entire process is encrypted and absolutely secure. We do not collect any credit card details.
3. Availability
The website is updated regularly and all items listed are available at the time of update. In most cases all items will be available for immediate delivery but it could happen that one or more items run out of stock before we update the website. Should your order include one or more items that are out of stock, you will be contacted before shipping. Partial of full credit will be immediately given if requested.
4. Packaging and delivery
Items are shipped in protection boxes or bags and sealed into security envelopes. Orders are shipped within the next business day by insured post. Delivery takes normally 4-5 business days to Europe and 8-12 business days to the rest of the world. The cost of packaging and shipping is 10 Euro, regardless of the quantity ordered and it includes:
- Security packaging and sealing
- Cost of shipping
- Insurance for the total value of items sent
5. Invoicing
Commercial invoice is issued with every purchase and one copy is enclosed in the package. The goods are invoiced by Virge, our VAT registration number is IT/01685810515 and the Company is registered in Arezzo, Italy.
6. Taxes and duties
Prices listed on this website DO NOT INCLUDE VAT.
If you are buying from within the European Union we need your VAT Registration Number. This will have to be indicated in the special field of the PayPal shopping cart or sent to us bay E-mail. If you do not have a VAT Registration Number we will have to add a 20% IVA (Italian VAT) on top of the order amount. This amount is to be paid before shipping, still using the PayPal platform.
If you are buying from outside the European Union we will not charge any taxes or VAT, but you may have to pay VAT and/or duties when the parcel arrives to your Country.
As an example, we have information that Australia allows imports of the value of AU$ 1000 or less without any tax to be paid, but different regulations will apply to other Countries.
We strongly recommend buyers to get information about taxes, duties and restrictions in their destination Country before making a purchase, as we will not accept any responsibility or charges regarding these matters.
7. Returns
All items purchased at Novecarati can be returned without explanation and full refund will be given providing that:
- The return is made within 14 days from receipt
- The item has not been worn, made dirty, scratched, mishandled or otherwise damaged
- It is returned in its original packaging
To make a return customers should get in touch with us and wait for instructions on how and where to send the return.
Items are returned under the customer responsibility. We recommend using a registered posting method with insurance. Novecarati will not accept responsibility for return loss or damages.
The item amount will be credited within 7 days form receipt. Shipping costs will not be credited.
8. Faulty items
All items are carefully checked with a double quality control system: before listing and before shipping.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item received, customers should get in touch with us immediately and wait for instructions on how a where to send the return.
Returned items will be inspected. If recognized by us as being faulty, customers will be able to choose replacement, subject to availability, or full refund.
If replacement is chosen replaced items will be shipped free of charge and return shipping costs will be refunded.
If refund is chosen the full amount paid, including outbound and return shipping charges, will be credited.
9. Conditions for returns
Faulty or unwanted items will be credited or replaced according to the terms at pint 7 and 8, providing that:
- The problem (if any) is reported immediately on receipt and the return is made within 14 days from receipt
- The item has not been worn, made dirty, scratched, mishandled or otherwise damaged
- IT IS RETURNED ACCORDING TO OUR INSTRUCTIONS. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PREVIOUS AGREEMENT WITH NOVECARATI WILL NOT BE CREDITED.
- It is returned in its original packaging
